Very nice property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there were so much noise from the room above us. It's the first hotel I've been and that had built in bathtub caddies!

Only problem was in checking in. Confirmation number was not on email from Orbitz and I got locked out of app so I couldn't get it until next morning. Clerk was very patient and in the end just manually registered us.
The bathroom tile and floor grout was clean, It had lots of surface space to put suitcases on the desk and dresser. But the air in the room was unusually humid--more humid than outside. I tried various air conditioner settings but nothing helped. My socks, pants, etc felt more wet in the morning than when I took them off at night. I put them in a plastic bag to put back into my suitcase because they felt so wet and hung them up to dry when I got home. Very strange. I wondered if somehow a filter inside the air conditioning unit got turned around and instead of taking humidity out of the air it was putting it back in.
Great room, nice staff, only negative might be for some no pool. Service dog friendly! Will be staying here again next vacation.
As my husband and I were online a spider crawled across the bed and disappeared underneath the bed and we never found it. I'm not afraid of spiders but my husband is and he had a hard time sleeping after that. I forgot to tell the front desk that they probably need to call the exterminator.
check-in took waaaay too long. room was clean but a pile of dirty sheets & towels were left on the desk.
looking for lake properties great clean very nice employees better than waiting until you get to location and hunting a good resting place
We went to a water park which was close to the hotel, and then played golf. Our trip was good but we would not stay at the hotel again. The beds were terrible and the pillows would break your neck, we didnt get alot of sleep, and the breakfast was very limited and could not be taken out of the area so I stayed in the room and they couldnt bring anything back to me so we decided to go out for breakfast, since there was not much of a choice. The hotel was not a good experience.
