Do Not Stay Here!!!

This property has so many things wrong. The room had best with many openings for them to enter through. I had to scrub the floors especially the bathroom as it was so dirty. The room had areas where there was just drywall and no seal . The worst was the outdated jacuzzi tub in the room next to the bed. I actually awoke to see roaches coming out and going under the bed. The room rate was different than advertised and they refused to honor my military rate/aaa or senior . Why did we stay…. Labor Day weekend and no other options in Kuttawa. Needless to say, very little sleep a nd a lot of cleaning. Sure they did not appreciate the dirty almost black towels I left from cleaning floors, etc!!!!! Do not stay here!

The beds were a little small for two people to be sharing for the price of the room a night. Also, not my room but a couple doors down they found bed bugs in there bed so we ended up leaving a day earlier.

Overall, it was decent for the money. There were a few spot of mold in the bathroom. The ice maker was not working. On the other hand, someone came right out with new towels for the pool after the others got wet from a shower.

Horrible experience..

We booked this hotel as a place to stay on a mini vacation (3 night) for 2 adults and 3 children. When we arrived we were infomed that the pool was closed (which was alot of the reason we booked their to began with). The desk clerk said that the maintenance guy was already gone for the day (2:45pm),and could not tell us when it would be opened back up. She said that it would probably not be open during our stay. Next the remote did not work, the desk cleck said that we could just use the buttons on side of tv. Then upon sitting at the desk, there was a dust pile with a band-aid (with blood on it) under it in plain view. Then we noticed that humidifier had been leaking water, and the electrical cord was laying right in it. The clerk offered to move us rooms, but that did not make us feel better due to the fire hazard. So after unloading everything and our groceries, we had to reload and find somewhere else to stay. This was the worse hotel I have ever been to while on vacation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Sleeping area of the room appeared to have been updated recently. Unfortunately there were stains on the bedding, the air conditioner had a high pitched squeal that made it difficult to sleep and turning it off exposed you to the sounds of the adjacent interstate and semi trucks all night. The bathroom was tiny and uncleaned. Visible dirt in the tub and on the floor of the bathroom with spider webs in the corners.

Needs updating

We were disappointed with how outdated the room was but the worse part was there were dead crickets all over the tile floors and we heard crickets all night The breakfast was very minimal and no hot food.
