La regadera de la recámara no permitía el paso del agua y salía un chorrito de agua fría. Las sábanas y cobijas estaban duras. Hacía calor en el cuarto. En cuanto al restaurante, los platos colocados en el bufet tenían polvo y no puedo creer que sigan usando vasos de plástico y unicel. La jarra del agua se terminaba inmediatamente y no la rellenaban. No catalogaron las jarras que tenían en la mesa sin color y no hay opción de jugos naturales ni artificiales y se supone que es para el desayuno.

Confortable y el personal muy amable.

Sólo iva por 1 noche, pero terminé quedándome por 4 noches, es muy tranquilo, camas cómodas y sobre todo el personal es muy amable. El desayuno, incluido, es básico pero rico y llenador. Considero que está bien ubicado y cuenta con un estacionamiento muy grande, a lado hay una gasolinera que tiene un Oxxo y cajero Santander que para mi fue de mucha ayuda.

Creo que es un hotel viejo que ya no le dan suficiente mantenimiento aunque el desayuno esta incluido no hay absolutamente nungun otro servicio ni para comer ni para cenar la unica opción es un oxxo de al lado. Creo que el costo de hospedaje es caro y eso que tenia desayuno incluido y x expedia el check in fue a las 12 pero aun asi no vale la pena

Excelente lugar para descansar, el estacionamiento es amplio. El desayuno bien, la atención por aprte del personal es muy buena, todos muy amables y atentos, la limpieza en general de la habitación es buena, pero respecto a la habitación qué me toco la tina de baño esta muy sucia.

La habitación está sucia, al igual que la ropa de cama. Dice que el desayuno está incluido pero ingrese con 2 niños y se cobro a parte el desayuno (70 pesos cada uno) es pésimo y lento, solo es huevo con jamón y chilaquiles con frijoles, en raciones muy reducidas y sin sabor. La ventana de la habitación solo se cierra con un palo, el baño con la puerta toda descarapelada, aun no entregaba mi habitación y entraron, habíamos dejado un teléfono y amablemente nos indicaron que lo tenían. Me solicitaron cancelar la reserva en la aplicación sin embargo les indique que no era viable. Pero el costo de descuento de expedida y de ellos con público en general era la misma tarifa.

Cómo entrada y salida está algo bien pero como hospedaje y más con familia no lo recomiendo huele mucho a humedad no sirve el teléfono de tu aviación tienes que ir a recepción x tus cosas que necesitas el baño de tu cuarto muy sucio la cortina con moho no la verdad no fue algo bien mi estancia y los costos algo elevados
