I had a great experience in this hotel we had to leave the Hotel Krystal Pachuca And in the Camino Real Andrea at the front desk helped us to get a room she went beyond providing us with excellent excellent service The rooms were really nice clean everything was in place The buffet for breakfast was really good I had a great experience
This is one of the higher end hotels here in Pachuca and in order to be competitive with the local hotels, they lower their prices, but unfortunately they lower everything else! Nice hotel, very nice employees as most Camino Reals. BUT, they do not have coffee in the rooms, no free internet, which is a must in almost 2018, they do have free parking, on the street because when you arrive late at night, the parking lot is closed. Pray there is no party at the bar because every room can hear what happens on the first floor. This would be a great place if they did not charge absolutely everything extra.
I had reserved another hotel to attend the wedding of a friend. Read reviews and believed the first hotel was good. I was totally wrong - terrible! My friend took me to the Camino Real and the attendant said the hotel was full, but let her see what she could arrange. After 10 minutes, she arranged a king room and even allowed me to check it to make sure it was acceptable! Then gave me coupons for a nightly drink and daily breakfast tickets! The restaurant was very good, and the staff excellent! The strawberry margaritas - perfect! My only disappointment was the bed was a bit hard, but that was minor. I am returning to Pachuca, December 2017 with friends this time and we hope to stay at the Camino Real!
I arranged my accommodation with a travel agency. When we arrive I need to go over with internet service, and others. The front desk They couldn't help. Because I booked With the travel agency. They say call your travel agency. And Not accommodate anything or help. We got a very noise Neighbors. Overall the Hotel Camino Real Pachuca that not completed With the representative company.
Internet for a fee? A little classless but the hotel as a whole was pleasant and the staff was great. Room clean and the food was very good. Onion soup was special! This is a business hotel and not for kids.
The best thing I can say about Camino Real, Pachuca is that it is at walking distance from this beautiful masterpiece, the pisal, a woman mural on the floor of about 5 ha made out of colorful mosaics. A very nice walk from the hotel to the auditorium on the opposite side. Can be walked both in the evening when it is lightbeamed from about ten towers or at dawn to see the pisal's reflection in the gigantic mirror of the auditorium. What do you think of a 5 star hotel that charges for the WiFi?
The hotel had nice rooms and comfortable beds but no refrigerator and coffee makers in the rooms ...I was told that the coffee machine could be requested. The Front desk folks were knowledgeable and helpful and the restaurants and bar were great with cold drinks and splendid meals....No shuttles were available but taxis could be called at any time
Let start with the good thing: service The reception and restaurant personal are very helpful and polite. The hotel is clean and have a very good location. Now for the bad stuff: The rooms are old and a lack of maintenance is notice. My toilet seat was broken and I asked the a few time to change it without any respond. The cleaning lady left the blanket on the floor after cleaning the room and didn't replaced the bottles of water. In the junior suit there is an empty minibar (don't understand why). Coffee machine is old and not tasty. Pillows are small and not comfortable. The roof was licking at the bar area and drops was falling. The gym have 1 multifunctional and 3 running machines. Not recommended hotel. I was at the Holiday Inn Express and the new Fiesta Inn and they are a better choice for business trip.
My family and I stayed here for one night July 10 and although I was hesitant to do so based on feedback from other travelers there were not that many options available so we gave it a try and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel seems to be fairly new, the rooms are clean and big. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the hotel is situated almost in front of a large shopping center with restaurants, movie theater, etc... I can't complaint at all so we'll be back Camino Real Pachuca!
The hotel is super clean and seemed brand new. The breakfast was outstanding and was 2 for the price of one the day was there. Staff was all really nice and helpful. The hotel to me lacked some character. Hotels with the CAMINO REAL brand usually have a lot of character but this one was missing something. It was more like a REAL INN. Nothing bad to say about this hotel it was right next to the Soccer Hall of Fame and Museum.
