Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright and airy open-concept dining and kitchen area, illuminated by large beachfront windows. The space is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy gas fireplace for cooler nights and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Gather with friends and family at the chic island bar in the kitchen, which includes a Keurig/coffee maker combo and modern appliances, all complemented by elegant granite countertops. Down the hall, you’ll find a full bath with a shower/tub combo, a delightful nautical-themed bedroom with two twin beds, and a spacious king bedroom with an attached bathroom and another shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Head upstairs to discover an additional living area with expansive windows that frame breathtaking ocean views. Our group had an excellent experience at this property over the holiday weekend. We loved the beachfront location, the view and the walkable convenience to varied commercial outlets at the Channel Islands Harbor. The accommodations at the house served our group very well, and everyone appreciated the bedroom and bathroom configuration. Our only criticism is that the kitchen was very short on seasonings and provided no cooking oil, which required some creativity and adjustment on the meals we prepared at the house.

We had an excellent visit at the home. Very close to the beach, weather worked out perfect. There wasn't anything else that we thought was needed. Parking was a bit of an issue, but we managed to work through it. This is probably the same for every house in the area. We will be back again.

Great Family Getaway Location

Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) Very nice location for a family getaway. Definitely recommend.

It's a little bit of a walk to the water (about 1000 feet). We really enjoyed staying here and walking on the beach several times a day. The beach is very private. Can't wait to come back!
