The apartment "Seepferdchen" is about 38.5m ² and has a nice living / dining room with a sofa bed for 1-2 persons and of course has a TV, radio and CD player and a separate bedroom, also with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The furnished balcony is quiet to the south-west to the courtyard of this beautiful complex. The well-equipped kitchen is integrated into the living / dining room and offers a 4 ring ceramic hob with oven and a dishwasher.
The underground parking space is reserved for our guests free of charge.

Beautiful new apartment on the second floor with a separate bedroom for 2-4 people in the house sea view. On your balcony you can relax after a sunny day.

The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and a coffee maker.

Hübsches Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man benötigt. Ein lieber Willkommensgruß stand auch bereit. Einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist auch vorhanden. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Meer. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen
