Beautiful newly built villa vis a vis the beach, on the promenade of Baabe. Exquisite apartment with sea view for 4 persons in the Villa Andrea. The 68 sqm apartment with balcony has 2 bedrooms each with a flat screen, one with double bed (180 x 200 meters) and one with 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 meters). A nice luxury are the two shower baths with WC, one of them ensuite to the double bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and many more.

The modern very high quality apartment is located on the first floor and can be easily reached by lift from the underground car park. They live quietly and yet centrally and almost directly at the water. There are 2 very nice bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as 2 shower rooms. In each bedroom there is also a TV. The kitchen is well equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and many more. The floor to ceiling windows in the living area offer a view to the sea. On the balcony there are chairs and tables where you can enjoy the sea view. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
