Spacious 3-room apartment with balcony and sea view in the newly opened villa ensemble in 2019. The exclusive facility is equipped with an elevator, underground parking, a bicycle parking space, a sauna (for a fee), and a laundry room with dryer and washing machine (for a fee). Look forward to relaxing days on the Baltic Sea and enjoy the fresh sea air!The villa ensemble in Baabe opened in July 2019 and is located in close proximity to the beach and the sea. It is divided into the two houses dune and sandpiper. Due to the location by the sea you have a great sea view from many of the exclusive apartments. There are a total of around 40 high-quality modern residential units, all with a balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating. A communal sauna with relaxation room is available in the basement. There is also a washer and dryer for a fee.

The apartment is therefore ideal for 2 couples.
