Would you like to spend your holiday in beautiful surroundings and very close to the beach? Then this comfortable apartment is just right for you.  Just the journey through Baumalleen on the Bäderstraße initiates a nature-related recovery time. The Kurparkresidenz was built in a modern Mediterranean style. It is located in the first row directly on the spa promenade, only 50 meters from the fine wide sandy beach. From this separates only the spa park. Elevator and underfloor heating are pleasant features. Shops and restaurants and cafes are within walking distance in no time.

Your Non smoking / apartment is exclusively equipped with great attention to detail. You live in a 45 sqm 2-room apartment for 2-3 persons. From the balcony in the 2. OG from enjoying the view of the park.  Furthermore, you will find a high quality, fully equipped pantry kitchen (Siemens kitchen appliances, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender) with a dining area for four people. In the cozy sitting area, consisting of leather couch (foldable 1.40m x 2.00m) and two armchairs you can make yourself comfortable. There you will find a flat screen TV and a stereo system (radio and CD). The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2x0,90m x2,00m with summer and winter bed in oversize), also flat screen TV and spacious closet. The high quality bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel radiator as well as an exclusive vanity with matching wall tiles by Villeroy + Boch. Even on vacation you do not need to do without an Internet connection (WLAN) in the apartment. This is included for you !!! For our little guests is a travel cot (without mattress and bed ticking) included. A high chair can not be provided. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The apartment has an outdoor parking space. The price includes a beach chair (during the beach basket season), where you can enjoy the sea even in a stiff breeze. We look forward to seeing you and welcome you to Baabe!
