Unable to complete registration online as site kept failing. Very slow to checkin. Small room with no spare pillows and no answer on phone from housekeeping. No milk or creamer in room, but bar did provide a cup of milk for coffee in room. Only for 24hr layover between flight. Bus transfer was £12 per person return and only took 7mins, and runs every 30mins.

Nice big room, facing the car park. At one time it was a bit noisy. Not enough light in the room, no central lights, bedside lights too small. For an airport hotel you need plenty of light. No light to do any computer work.

Clean rooms, very peaceful, good food. The only disappointment was the pillow in the bed. It was rubbish and there wasn’t any spares but apart from that it was good.

Great one night stay

Great staff super friendly and helpful room was clean and compact and comfy I would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles as I was travelling solo. I had all the facilities to make tea and coffee in the room but no kettle , this was mentioned to reception but they couldn’t find a spare so every time you wanted a drink it required getting dressed and going to the free tea and coffee station at reception
