This apartment is absolutely wonderful. It is true to the picture. (We rented both A & B.) Also, this is our second time staying here. It is a quite area & even though there is a Mexican restaurant located under the apartment, it is still quite. The food is delicious & they aim to please.Kerrie is a wonderful host.Only one thing to know...there are several steps going up to the apartment but we are in our 70's & it was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this place. Given how old the building is, I was a little worried about musty odors, but there were none at all. The place was very clean and there was a lot of space, which was great. The only item I overlooked was the building's staircase leading to the second floor. There were a lot of steps! My 81-year-old stepmother was with me, and it was a bit of a challenge but other than that it was GREAT!

The place was very clean, fresh and roomy. There were 2 ac/heats so the place cooled down very fast on the very hot summer day we were there. Shower had great water pressure. Beds were comfortable which is a plus! The owner was great to work with and communicated in a timely manner.
