I wish out entire stay in Japan was at this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, the tub for salt soaks, beds were very comfortable, and easy walking distance to many restaurants and train station. Would definitely return if visiting Osaka.

Best hotel experience on my three city trip to Jap

This hotel receives highest marks from me, someone who has very high standards. The hotel itself was very modern and chic and the location was very convenient to the subway system and within walking distance to several attractions. The service was fantastic and the there so many amenities available in the room. One added note. We forgot some clothes and passports in the room and dint realize it until after we were on our way to Kyoto. The staff politely and patiently addressed my concern and offered to send it to my next hotel, and I just paid the next hotel when they arrived the next day!

I love that you can’t access other floors and you can only access your floor with your key card. And there is literally a 7/11 right outside one of the entrance so convenient for a late night snack. When in Osaka I’ll only want to stay here.

We arrived early in Osaka and were extremely grateful that our room was ready early. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful with directions to the train station. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We only wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Great staff and service. They help me to move luggage, and call a taxi for me during my departure day. They talk to the taxi driver for me so I don't have the speak again. Feel like a king in this hotel. Hotel room, and toilet are clean. Staff speaks well English. Very easy to do check in or check out. Hotel is close to subway station, with a Kohyo supermarket 5 minutes north of it. This hotel worth like 9/10. The perfume or air fresher at the ground floor lobby is too strong. Please Please Please do something. Hotel is a bit noisy because of the motor cycle gang, but this is not the fault of this hotel. I guess all hotels around the same region has the same issue. Google Map says this hotel is 5 star, but don't expect a lot. You get what you pay.

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel! We arrived from Kyoto at noon and they already had our room ready. It is a bit of a walk to the Dotonbori area, we did it once and took an uber once. I think the Uber was around $8-$10 US. 7-11 conveniently located right across the street for smoothies and snacks. Also burger places in walking distance for those American's that just can't eat any more ramen or seafood.
