absolutely loved staying at MIMARU osaka namba The rooms were super clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It’s a fantastic choice for families—lots of room to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location of this hotel and that we could comfortably fit our family of 4 in one room. It is near a few combini and lots of food options. The food market is close by too. The walk to the main Namba station is not far.

The staff wasn’t as friendly as other family hotels we have been in. They charge for EVERYTHiNG. They provide no early check ins nor late check outs as part of their service. We paid for an hour early check in and paid again for a 2 hour delayed check out. The cleaning staff looked overworked and angry, and it was overall not the experience you would expect for the price we paid for 2 rooms. Even before we arrived, they were arguing we had too many people when we only had 6 people for 1 2 bedroom room and another room that had 4 beds. I would not recommend this place.

This was a really nice stat. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping options. The only time I used public transportation was to and from the airport. The staff were really friendly and assisted in finding the best options for food as well, highly recommended.
