Stayed for proximity to the theme park. Very comfortable. Free luggage storage with early check-in and day of departure. Room service was very tasty and reasonable. My son thought the chicken tenders and fries were some of the best he’s ever tasted!

Convinient and good value for money

Very convinient if visiting Universal Studios. The train stations is 5 mins walk and the comercial area is nice. Disadvantages: it is not close to main touristic areas.

Across the street from Universal entrance and the City walk. JR Train station is right there as well. Very clean, perfect room. I enjoyed the toiletries that were in the room. Gift shop had some good souvenirs. I recommend this property.

Great place to stay for Universal Japan

Great view great room. Friendly staff. Lockers that require 100 yen but you get your money back when you are done with it very convenient. Dont have to wait to guest services. Quck easy check in. Great ammenities. Nice buffet breakfast.

The hotel was so well kept and modern. Everyone was kind and had no problem explaining any questions I had. The location was very convenient and the walk to universal was less than 5 minutes. Checking in/out was so easy. A great hotel for universal.

Great hotel if you are visiting the parks, just a short walk away and you get a good view of the park from the rooms. Breakfast buffet was extensive, we loved the French toast! Room was clean and spacious, room service was good quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend and return!

A great base when going to Universal studios or the tempozan area. Perfect location for families with large rooms and lots to see and do around the property. I would definitely recommend. The only reason I didn’t give perfect marks was because our room had a slight curry type smell that lingered the whole time which was weird. Other than that, it was great!

I arrived very late and very tired and the desk staff was incredibly kind, helped me pay my taxi and get settled into my room. The room was charming with a great view of Universal theme park. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel. There were so many food choices and the food was delicious. The room amenities were so good. I loved the restroom and deep tub. The station was nearby so traveling around Osaka was easy, I was also able to easily send my luggage to the next hotel for a very good price. I loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay again.
