A very big room with panoramic windows made for a great stay and such a luxury compared to the typical compact room we’ve had before in Japan. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check in through to the time we left and was much appreciated.as for location we were right near so many good places to eat near Namba and Dotombori a close walk away. Such a fun stay!

Very spacious room with pantry and coffee tea making facilities and microwave and fridge. Wet comfortable bed with sofa and massage chair to soothe our tired bodies after sightseeing. Very friendly staff with great service attitude. My wife and I truely enjoyed our 4 days staff here. Feels like our master bedroom in our home!

The rooms were HUGE and a bit quirky but we loved it. Our room even had a massage chair and a huge jacuzzi bath and shower. Staff was really friendly and location was convenient to shopping and restaurants/nightlife. The breakfast was ok nothing to write home about but everything else here was great.

Booked a triple deluxe room for myself and two daughters knowing that Japanese rooms tend to be smaller. What a delightful surprise to have a room with not only a couch and 3 beds (both shown in pics) but also a full walk in shower with a deep jetted tub, a bidet toilet and a massage chair. Breakfast was fresh and different every day. So close to the Namba Station, markets, Dotonbori and local restaurants.
