Great service and great location, very comfortable

The hotel room was clean, and had all the amenities I’d need to freshen up and start my day. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful in reserving services and directing me in my travel plans even! The bed was super comfortable , but I like a hard bed. I’m also 6’ tall so this fit me perfectly. The location is great and very close to namba station, easy to get around to major attractions from there

Rooms were well designed with more outlets than the average Japanese hotel room and you can control all lights from the bedside. Many of the staff members spoke decent English. Wifi was pretty good.
