It’s a great place for easy access to everything! Highly recommend. the laundry room was great to have. Easy check in would definitely come back. Only drawback was to get clean towels. You need to call in to request them and they will deliver them the following day. Definitely had a great time

Nice and spacious. Washing machine was great and there were laundry detergent available for use. You can dry clothes in the bathroom and use hot air to dry clothes or hang them outside. Walking distance to Dotonbori - very close. Train station was also very close. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Right near the Dotonbori so there are so many eating options and shops to explore. Remote check in at 4pm. Check in took us about 1 hour as there was only one ipad to check in and there were about 4-5 groups all queuing to check in. The room is not as spacious as other hotels we stayed in but the convenience of the location made up for this. Separate toilet, washer, drying room, balcony. Good base to explore Osaka attractions.

My family of 5 stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location was great as it was just about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway and Dotonbori was just around the corner with tons of shopping and dining options. The room itself was somewhat dated and could use renovation. The things I liked was that the room was large. I also liked that there was a separate room for the shower and toilet so two people could use them separately at the same time. There was a kitchen sink and stove (though we did not use it). Some things I didn't like. The bathroom and toilet room had a weird unpleasant odor that would not go away. The shower was not a traditional walk-in shower. The TV was rather small (~32") for the size of the room and could not be seen by everyone - it should be at least 50". The beds were just okay.

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 5 (3 kids) and had a wonderful experience overall. Our premium room was on a high floor with one of the best views from the building, and it also came with a washer—such a lifesaver during the hot summer! Clothes dried quickly in the heat, which was very convenient for us. The location was fantastic—Family Mart and 7-Eleven were right nearby, making it super convenient for snacks, drinks, and quick necessities. Many attractions were within walking distance, including Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Nipponbashi Station was also very close, giving us easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping). Check-in was a breeze. The hotel sent us detailed accommodation information and directions from KIX two days before arrival, and self check-in was smooth and straightforward. The room was spacious for our family, very clean, and came equipped with everything we needed—including laundry soap. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again next time we’re in Osaka. Pros: • Washer in the room • Spacious, clean room with full amenities • Excellent location near convenience stores, shopping, and public transit • Easy, clear self check-in process • Beautiful high-floor view from the room Cons: • No daily room cleaning; we had to take out our own trash • No front desk, so packages couldn’t be sent to the hotel • Air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to be cooler
