Staff were incredible and upgraded us to a corner suite after we had some issues with the first room. It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka! Thank you to the team, made our stay very special.
