治安はいい方で近くにファミマとマツキヨ（かなり大きくて日用品からカップ麺まで揃ってます）と定食屋さん（天ぷら、和食）があります オーナーはとても気さくでいい方です 格安ですがベッドはフカフカでシャワールームにはシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープが置いてあります。 外国の方が多く泊まりに来られていますが皆さん各それぞれで自由に過ごされています（あまり気を使わなくていい感じです） シャワーなど使用の時間帯は決まっておらず本当に自由。タオル忘れても200円/日で借りられます 洗濯機も一回200円で使用でき、屋上も自由に出入り出来ます。エアコン、台所（電子レンジ、水道、ガス台）使用自由で快適です。 最寄駅は帝塚山駅で徒歩10-15分ほど。

長期滞在に向いた宿泊所

当初は値段的に見ても（安かろう悪かろう）な所と思っていたのですが、宿泊してみるとなかなか良い所でした、女性の方でも安心して宿泊出来ると思います。特に長期滞在者には向いた所ではないでしょうか。ここの宿泊施設で印象的だったのがスタッフの方の対応でした、とても良いです、長期滞在者にはぜひお勧めしたい宿泊施設だと思います。

何故か落ち着く、、、（笑）

とある事情から実家のすぐ側というロケーションで利用させてもらったんですが、今まで利用した中で１番こじんまりしたホテルでした。 でも、何故か落ち着く変な所でした。 今まで利用したゲストハウスの中で１番気持ち良い布団でしたかった。 おかげですぐに寝れました。 普通の住宅街にあるので買い物に困る事もないので、お金のない旅人には良いと思います。
