You're able to walk down to the lake and fish off docks. Restaurants, bars, live music, amenities, shopping, are all close. Anything dealing with water your able to do here! Jet skiing, boating, swimming, fishing, drinking, relaxing, hiking, walking, nearby caves are many of the activities you can do here at the largest man made lake in the U.S.

1. No smoking, vaping, drugs, criminal activity anywhere on my premise. You will be charged 250.00 if there are any signs of this.
No hanging anything off balcony. There is a drying rack and chairs on patio if you need to dry stuff. No boats in parking.
Any fines during your stay will be charged to you. Please leave temp. alone. If you want to change it call me. It is set at a comfortable temp 72-74.

The condo was very clean and had the necessary accessories in case you want to cook in. We enjoyed the quiet location of the condo. The only draw back was the 3 flights of steps for us older folks to have to climb!

This was a great place to stay! It is located next to the pool. Condo had amazing view! Only thing that would have made it better is having darker or black out curtains. There is lots of light that comes into bedroom.

When reservation was made it said by the water and no mention of 3 flights of stairs to climb. Also small bathrooms and no handicap access in shower.
