Wonderful home with gorgeous lake views. All 3 bedrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. Irma and Richard were very thoughtful and responsive hosts. We will definately visit again.

The house is amazing and was the perfect setup for our family. Irma and Richard were so kind and incredibly responsive. Even had little gifts ready for the kids when we got there that made the start to our stay feel so welcomed! I would highly recommend. Great location as well!

The perfect stay in LOZ!

House was beautiful and well-located. Plenty of beds and room for a large group to relax after boating all day. Very clean and well cared for. Irma and Richard were very friendly and responsive hosts. Great stay!

The house made all the difference in our stay. With 2 granddaughters, my son and his significant other along with my wife and myself, it felt very comfortable and very much a part of the vacation. More than enough room and space for all. Great view (though that sun is HOT as it was setting :)), peaceful setting. After tubing, parasailing, lake swimming, very nice to come "home". And the hot tub was the cherry on top.

First Timers on 4th of July weekend!

We were super impressed with this property! Irma was absolutely wonderful to work with and had us at ease with the information she provided us, welcoming gifts, and the simple checkout process! The view was spectacular and it was a perfect house! We called one of the rooms the kid’s “apartment” and the 3 boys hung out and slept in there. We were able to rent a boat easily from Margaritaville and went to the outdoor pool (free) and indoor waterpark (fee). We hope to return to the Bluff House in the future!

Another Amazing Stay at The Bluff House

This was my second stay at the Bluff House, and it was just as incredible as the first. The home is beautiful, with unbeatable views and close proximity to all Margaritaville has to offer. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful—leaving us a sweet welcome gift. We had the absolute best time and hope to come back next summer!

Beautiful home with Awesome Views!

We headed to the Ozarks for a softball tournament and have never been to MO before. We wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time in between games and took in the beauty of the lake. We couldnt have picked a better house- The Bluff House was even better than the pictures! The house was so cozy and had everything you needed - kitchen was stocked, soaps, blankets, towels and beds were very comfy. We cooked a few meals at the house and used the grill which was in great shape! The deck was the perfect place to eat and watch the sunsets. Check-in was so smooth and Irma reached out several times to check in to see if anything was needed. There were so many nice little thoughtful gifts for all of us staying there- it was truly the best VRBO experience we have had. The Bluff House alone, is a reason that we will be coming back to the Ozarks.

Lake house

This property was perfect for my family of 10 people which included 4 children between 3 and 7 years old. The lake view and hot tub was a huge hit. The hosts were amazing and very responsive when needed and also even left a gift for the children to use. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation.

So Good I Almost Want To Keep It Secret

The owner operates are just wonderful people. Very customer oriented. The property was even better than listed. I would repeatedly stay there when visiting the lake. My family loved it. Perfect spring break getaway!
