Welcome to your lake home in Osage Beach! Great location at Parkside Place. Our 2 bedroom condo sleeps 4. Just a few steps off of the deck and you find yourself at the pool, lake, or boat dock. WiFi included. Completely redecorated. Condo is on the lower level with a beautiful view. Our building has an elevator for your convenience. There are 6 steps to go down after getting off the elevator. Pets are not allowed. The condo offers a well equipped kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, garbage disposal, blender, and coffee pot. Enjoy the comfort of the sectional couch in the living room including a flat screen tv and a DVD player. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer available for your use. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, dresser, night stands, Roku tv, private bathroom, closet, and sliding door access to the deck. The second bedroom has twin beds with new mattresses, dresser, night stand, Roku tv, and closet. Relax on the deck with comfortable furniture, fan, and electric grill with a great view of the lake and pool. All gas grills are not allowed due to the Fire Protection Law. There is good fishing off the dock and also running water to clean your catch at the end of each dock. Besides the perfect view, our condo is in the best location for all attractions including shopping, grocery stores, golfing, dining, movies, and on and on. Our property is easy access just off of Passover Road. Such a great location by boat and land. Located at 1/2 mm near the Grand Glaize arm. You will not be sorry for choosing our condo! Whether it's for a family vacation, friend trip, boating, golfing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just to relax.
