Great stay!

Beautiful house, great amenities, clean and fun! We had a great time staying here. The kids loved the pool and the club house. Convenient location, but that does come with the road noise when enjoying the pool. It was easy to ignore for us and didn’t impact our time. Appreciated the extra cozy blankets in all the rooms!

Vacation House

The house is exactly how it was advertised. The only issues I had was receiving a warning for blocking the sidewalk a little bit the first night, the note itself was very sticky and very difficult to remove! I would prefer if they could've just left a paper note in the window, so fyi please don't block the sidewalk at all. Then it was almost like I was rushed to leave because they let me know someone else was coming the day of, so I left an hour early. What got me was, when I was about to lock the door it automatic lock itself before I could get the 2nd number in which require a total of 6 number. But besides that the house itself was nice and they have extra plug in fans because it does get warm in the house.

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for all. The A/C was not working when we arrived Saturday in the evening. The house does not have a single ceiling fan. Service did fix the A/C Monday morning after we called about it. The refrigerator was warm after the first two days. It was set at 45 degrees and we could not adjust it. They came our and adjusted it. The house backs up to a very busy 4 lane street, which during sleeping hours was disturbing with the loud cars and motorcycles. Woke us up several times. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it.

Beautiful hime

Had a family vacation at Disney World, Home was located close to the gate. Plenty of space, everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, kids loved the game room, pool was terrific at night after a long day. The only hiccup was an icemaker/waterline didn't work, but they were fixing it, and were very gracious, and gave us bottled water and ice. We really enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time the house was beautiful we had everything that we needed at the house if we called about anything they answered right away my grandkids enjoyed the pool .The rooms were spacious the game room was real nice.

Great house BUT…

The positive- the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The negatives- We rented for 2 weeks and were kept awake 3 or 4 nights with loud ALL NIGHT parties by both neighbors. It seemed many houses were rented for a few nights to very large groups of partiers. Also noticed this at the very crowded pool area. There was absolutely no one enforcing quiet time at night, fireworks in the middle of the night, cars parked everywhere blocking passage, behavior at the pool etc. Also had a problem with the door lock alarm going off and had to waste an entire day of our vacation for a repair.

Good location

The property was portrayed accurately in the pictures and the location is in close proximity to all the major parks. A couple things to note is the pool has a spa tub and not a hot tub so if you plan on a nice hot soak after a long day at the park, it won’t happen. The second thing to note is that the proper backs on to a busy street so noise was a factor.

The house was just as described, beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, convenient. Owners were responsive to all of my questions, my experience couldn't have been better! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything
