Shortcomings of the rental
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a group of 20 for 6 nights 7 days doesn’t come close. We had to buy our own toilet paper. Also 1 roll paper towels and no tissues. 2 tv’s didn’t work. Had to call to get them fixed. Bad cable on one and bad cable and bad remote on the main tv. Also you have to know how to operate 2 remotes in conjunction to make tvs work. Not knowing this made it more difficult. 4 garbage bags not enough and no instructions on what or where to put the garbage A lot of damage spots to paint and walls. Furniture worn out and not n bad shape Definitely would not stay here again.

Needs Repair and Better Management
It was late when we arrived. We 1st noticed all the dishes were dirty so washed them to find the top rack of the dishwasher easily fell out due to no stoppers. There’s a lot of dust/dirt throughout the home & overall was in poor condition. Furniture was filthy. Ended up getting the upstairs couch cleaned. The main couch has holes & tears. Dining chairs feel like they are going to break. Games were very disappointing as there was no ball for the foosball table, the air hockey table was destroyed by some liquid so the air didn’t work right, the pool table felt was destroyed and the table wasn’t even level, there was no chalk & the outdoor basketball game was missing. Maintenance brought a foosball & leveled the pool table. Two bedroom doors didn’t lock and the doorknob for the theater fell off when we went to open it (all fixed after a few days). There was a cord missing for the theater speakers so it wasn’t a theater experience at all. The patio door didn’t lock-they fixed it a few days in. There were only 10 wash rags for a 22 person home, no pot holders or scissors. The kitchen supplies were lacking. The Harry Potter room didn’t have a TV. Light strips were falling off the walls. One of the trays in the fridge was broken & the ice maker didn’t work until they replaced the filter after a few days. I don’t recommend this place until they’ve made some updates to the house. There was more but ran out of characters. STILL waiting for some kind of refund for all of our troubles.

Perfect location for Disney and Universal!
We’ve stayed in this resort neighborhood 3 years in a row and you just can’t beat the location. This particular house was a great size for our group with plenty of beds for everyone! We had an issue with the water heater, but it was addressed quickly after a phone call. I do wonder why they don’t go tankless with the potential for that many people to need to shower. A disappointment we had was with the lack of supplies available in the kitchen. We don’t expect all of the comforts of home, however we did find it quite lacking.

It could be so much better.
Unfortunately the house needs work. Furniture worn,torn, chipped paint. This was once a nice house. However, the upkeep is lacking. It’s a great location, and a great size. Love the theater and game room. It’s time for a small renovation. The property manager responds quickly to issues.
