Although the photos are appealing, several areas of the unit felt dated—most noticeably the bathrooms. Hot water was limited due to outdated water heaters, and we went six full days without hot water in one restroom. Unfortunately, maintenance staff were rude, and the front desk appeared indifferent to our concerns. Several basic household essentials were missing, including an ironing board, toilet brush, plunger, mop, broom, and sufficient cookware. While the TVs are smart, the selection of downloadable apps is very limited. On a positive note, the location is convenient, with easy access to stores and restaurants, and Old Towne is just steps away. Overall, my specific unit was not worth the price, and the level of customer service did not meet expectations.

Had a “good” stay. Townhome concept worked great for our family of 6 that needed 4 bedrooms. Things we wish we had known/considered… cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay. Extra fee for service during stay. Bring trash bags, TP, and laundry detergent.

Check in was very slow. Waitied 20 min. The unit was clean. They dont provide any extra paper goods eg toilet and paper towel. The kitchen had basic utensils and cutlery. A kurreg coffee maker would have been nice. There is no salt and pepper or condiments at all. A broom and dust pan would have been helpfull. We did a shop on arrival for all small basics we needed. The ensuite had a terrible small like urrine on our last day. I belive a gas smell from the shower drain. The site is convenient and there is gate with a guard. Close to alot of stores and restaurants. The hottub was nice once it took a day to reach temp. They turn it down.

Our stay was way more than what we expected! Customer service was great in the reception area, making check in/ out amazing and quick! The townhome was very clean and had a pleasant smell. It was also close to all Disney parks and many places to eat. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The villa was clean and welcoming with all required amenities available. We even saw 3 deer outside the window. It was wonderful. The heated pool was also a very appreciated feature. We will definitely visit again when in Orlando.
