Very POOR

Communication for this property is terrible/non existent.I Booked my trip months in advance. Family of 12 basically stranded for hours with a oh your booking was cancelled. They supposedly sent a cancellation email to who knows where. I had to find a place to stay that accommodated 12 of us and was on the phone for almost 5 hours. I do NOT recommend you stay here. Stay far far away.
