First beach trip with the grands and this was the perfect location. Right on the beach, the pools and splash pad were so much fun with the kids. Not noisy at all. Will definitely be back.

Beach Trip

Condo was nice and clean. Probably the only complaint is the smallness of the M Bathroom. And, that really wasn’t an issue. Just no room for extra towels other than them taking up space on the sink countertop.

We left only footprints

The property and grounds are beautifully maintained! Multiple times daily during our stay we passed the housekeeping staff and they were constantly on the move tidying as they went. The unit was exactly as advertised in the best way possible! We loved every detail from the decor to the luxurious beds - everything was just perfect. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The layout was thoughtful and perfect for our needs with four boys ages 7, 8, 12, and 17. We found everything just as we needed it, and we were completely comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again if we can catch this unit available!

Beautiful but Slightly Disappointed

Upon arrival, the hallway approaching the unit had a bad odor, and the odor inside the unit was even worse. Within minutes, my husband and I had a headache from the smell. The odor persisted through the next day. After our 2nd night, the smell was mostly gone, but the kitchen cabinets still smelled and when in the kitchen, the smell still lingered. Also, when we arrived there was a huge puddle of water in the kitchen floor and we learned later in our stay that the dishwasher leaks when used. The condo was beautiful, and aside from the smell, everything was nice. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay

My husband and I stayed a week here with our teenage daughters. We were so happy with the amenities. This condo is gorgeous, clean and surprisingly spacious for the four of us. The host and employees of Phoenix are very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again for our next visit.

Girls Beach Trip

This was the most beautiful, easy, clean condo we have EVER stayed in. It was immaculate. Beautiful decor, comfortable pillows and mattresses.. and great water pressure!! The views from the 14th floor were amazing…
