Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully updated three bedroom, four bath gulf-front condo. Your comfort is top of mind, with a 65'' SMART TV in the living room, a 55'' SMART TV in the master, 55'' SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and 55" SMART wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views of the Gulf, a favorite spot on the beach for dolphin watching! The large balcony, with a huge sectional patio sofa, has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 10. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower with dual shower heads. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a standard and keurig coffee maker. A wet-bar with an ice-maker will enhance your fun, and the kitchen is well-stocked for those who like to cook.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
