We stayed in rm 7813 it’s jusy like the pictures show. We had 7 people & had plenty of room. The bed was so comfortable. Would love to stay o this room again. The view from the balcony is amazing. 🐬😍

Checking in was easy. We found our room on the second floor with easy. Our condo was just as described. There was nothing we need that our place didn’t have. The only thing we didn’t like was the sound of the waterfall in the pool. Would rather hear the waves hitting the beach.

Beach Getaways manages this unit and provides excellent service. We just skipped the line and went straight to our room with key less door entry. No check-in at front desk plus this unit comes with a private covered parking spot. Our unit was well maintained and Decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, crock pot and appliances. Nice size wall mounted 60" HDTV. This location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and balcony furniture is newer and comfortable, you can see for miles ! We have been coming here for years, and are never disappointed. We stay in this unit every year, beware of other units because they are privately owned and some are poorly maintained. Stucco maintenance is stopped for Summer so no noise problems. But we didn't have a lot of noise when we were there in January. I highly recommend unit 1210 in Phoenix VII have a great stay !!!

Our 45th wedding anniversary trip started of on a bad note when we were told 4 days before our arrival in April 2019 that the balcony of the unit we rented in December 2018 would be unavailable due to stucco maintenance. We were given the option of two other rooms at the location, which we took since these provided balcony access. However, we were not advised of the noise level that occurs with stucco maintenance. If we had that information, we would definitely have asked for another location. We’ve been to this location several other times with family and knew the location and amenities were excellent. This is the first visit without family and the noise level during the day was horrible due to the construction. Lesson learned: Be proactive and contact the location and/or rental agency to validate no maintenance is going on during your visit. Makes for a more relaxing time.

1st day and none of the tvs have signal, doors lock automatically with metal keys required, most electrical outlets dont work. the main living area is nice, but the bedrooms are super outdated and so are the belongings in them. wires hang freely from the tv, and it really just looks trashy. if it were a hotel, i would call it a motel.

We rented a room for one week in October of 2017. We liked it so much, we rented the same room for the entire month of October 2018, and put a deposit on the same room for the entire month of October 2019. It was easy to get too, near shopping, and plenty of great restaurants, They have a nice friendly staff, plenty of elevators, and the greatest view of the gulf from every room. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Our unit had some wiring issues black electrical tape on all outlets that didn’t already have something plugged into it,except in the bathroom which probably should have as well. Our last morning I was drying my hair and smoke began coming out of the outlet. The unit was clean and no other issues but the electrical issues made us nervous.

Unit we rented was beautifully decorated and updated. But was in need of a good “spring cleaning” and/or a fresh paint job. Bathroom floors needed a deeper cleaning than the service through the property manager was doing. But was not a deal breaker. I’d stay here again. BUT it would have been nice to have known in advance that there was construction going on to most of the balconies. Was so loud and dusty we couldn’t sit on our patio or relax at the pool. Went to the Phoenix VIII next door two days of our stay to use their pool area. Owners of other units told us notices were sent to owners in July well before we made our reservation. We would have gone somewhere else had we known. Unit owner must not stay in unit very often.

Was looking for a monthly rental after the hurricane. Found this place and was glad. Excellent accommodations and a beautiful beach. Would recommend this to everyone. Helpful staff. Everything you need is close to this condo including restaurants, bars, attractions, and a grocery.

We try to visit Orange Beech 2 or three times each year.We usually always choose Phoenix. It's our favorite location on the beech. We have stayed at 3 different Phoenix properties over the years. We like them all. We like the location of VI and VII the best.
