Checked in on 9-3-25. No TV or internet until afternoon on 9-4-25. The master bath had long strands of brown hair all over the floor and counter. Called for cleaning on 9-4-25. Cleaning lady took pictures of all the filth.Help with no internet for my laptop did not solve problem. I finally solved it myself the evening of 9-4-25. On 9-5-25 there was no hot water when we returned from our day's outings. Could not take a shower or bath. Plumber came at 9:30am on the 6th and repaired the hot water heater. 1/4 round molding between the refrigerator and the wall was not attached. Light bulbs were out. Kitchen floor was sticky and had pink food or drink on the floor. Inside of HVAC unit is full of dust and filth. Made my wife sneeze constantly. Bulb above stove in the microwave is burnt out. Unit is full of gnats or fruit flies. This is supposed to be a Penthouse unit. We paid dearly for this unit assuming it would be top notch. This unit is not maintained nor is it inspected after a guest leaves. Any inspections would have found the TV, Internet, burnt out bulbs, and lack of cleaning. We should receive a big refund for all the problems we had and time lost waiting for things to be fixed, and the lack of hot water which meant we couldn't even take a shower or bath after being on the beach.
