With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this spacious unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. Recent improvements include: new refrigerator, new washer and dryer, new living room sofa with larger sleeper, and repairs to sliding glass doors.

The main floor features an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a dining area, and breakfast bar — perfect for enjoying meals together. The master bedroom (king bed) on this level includes its own private bathroom and balcony access. A convenient half bath and washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds, one with a queen bed) that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the breeze and side view of the Gulf, or head down to the white sandy shores just steps away.
