Impeccable Condo

This is the best condo we have stayed in at White Caps in 5 years! Beautiful renovations, great common areas, and huge balcony both with plenty of comfy seating. The management team is on their game -- they were quickly responsive to everything from finding extra sheets, to a fan not working, or nearby guests not respecting the no smoking policy. Only complaint was that the sleeper sofa needs a better mattress and the dining room light is off centre so a few of us hit our heads on it, lol. Will definitely try to reserve this condo again!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was perfect! It was clean, had a beautiful view, and the check-in process was easy. Easily one of the best condos we have stayed in down here. We definitely plan on coming back!!

Great location but very dirty

The place was very dirty. My 1 year olds legs, feet, and hands were black from crawling on the floor. The carpets inside and outside were very dirty and had food crumbs on them. The furniture in the living room was dirty and stained and very worn out. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was dirty and the bar soap and bottle soap from the previous guest was left in the shower. A lot of dishes were found with food dried on them. My daughter found a couple screws on the floor. The furniture outside was ok except they were very dirty and stained. The beds were very uncomfortable. The fan in the master bedroom was so noisy. The blankets were wadded up and thrown in the closet so I'm not sure if they had been used or not. I had to use a gray blanket I found to cover the chair and just hoped that it was clean. The place was very dirty and just made you feel dirty. I'm usually an easy to please person but cleanliness is one thing I can't overlook. The location was great and the check in and out process was very easy. The balcony was very large and we loved eating breakfast every morning at the nice outdoor table.

Exceptional Vacation Condo

The property was very nice. The wrap around balcony gave the little kids a place to run around outside while we were in the condo. Access to the pools and beach was outstanding. There were a few things not in working order, but nothing that impacted our stay at all. The support staff were on top of everything. Parking was great, it was close to everything. My biggest complaints, which are minimal, is that it would have been nice to have gas grills to cook meals on and outdoor furniture was super uncomfortable or broken. Overall, I would give this property an outstanding review. I know I mention a few small items, but these are just for process improvement. A big plus we saw dolphins playing about from our balcony each day!

Would not stay again....

The stay overall wouldnt have been that bad if the property managment company didnt threaten to evict us (through text) after stating they received "multiple complaints". When asked what we did wrong, they never responded. They never told us what we did wrong, just threatened eviction if they got another complaint. How can you change something if you dont know what you did wrong? The condo was overall nice though, patio area was very large. Good pool area and right on the beach with easy access. Walmart and other stores right across the street.

This is a must stay!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The wrap around balcony had a spectacular view. Each room had their own balcony access. This condo exceeded our expectations. We did have a small delay getting into the condo but the condo itself made up for that as soon as we got in. All updated. Nice updated appliances. We will definitely be back! The pool was beautiful. Liquid life was very accommodating when we needed to speak to someone about getting into the condo. Everything was great!

Peaceful and Relaxing

This condo is a corner unit which offers some extra privacy. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. There is plenty of seating. Our favorite part was the large porch area with comfortable seating and a dining table. We started there with our coffee each morning and ended our day there listening to the waves and looking at the moon and stars. This condo is also in a great location, surrounded by grocery stores, drug stores, shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Great

Would have been perfect but you can’t control the weather! If I had any suggestion, it would be cushions for the chairs on the balcony (because of the weather, we spent most of our time on the balcony) and some sort of footstools in the living room. There was everything we needed except for some sunshine. Look forward to visiting again. Oh and we loved the fact that there was a true ice maker and there was a regular coffee pot and a pot that uses K cups. Everyone was happy.

Orange beach

Been going to orange beach for over 15 years this has been one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We always pick the condos with nice balcony furniture because that where we love to stay most of the day. Will be back.

Beautiful condo and excellent location!

White Caps 701 was everything we had hoped for in our spring break beach vacation at Orange Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and fit 4 adults and 6 kids comfortably (close cousins didn’t mind sharing beds). The large wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning watching the breathtaking sunrise! I would suggest bringing extra towels and items such as toilet paper, paper towel, and hand soap, which the mgmt company suggests ahead of time as well so we were prepared for this. They do provide some, but if you’re staying for several days with a larger group you will run out. The kids loved both indoor and outdoor pools and of course the beach! Unfortunately there were red flags up on the beach most of the time we were there so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the ocean, but the kids still loved playing beach volleyball, searching for seashells, and hunting for crab at night. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Management company was very responsive when we had questions. So much to do in the area and not super busy everywhere you go like a lot of other touristy hotspots. We were there for spring break and never waited for a table at a restaurant at all. So many lasting memories made this trip! Definitely recommend!

Great Condo

It was very comfortable and had almost everything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with almost everything you need. As a suggestion, I would add the following to make it even more perfect: a hairdryer, some basic spices to the kitchen like salt and pepper, and have a few throw blankets for the living room otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Amazing month!

Beautiful condo with great communication!

The views are breathtaking with all three bedrooms having ocean view! That’s hard to find and you will not be disappointed. Fully stocked with all the essentials as well. Property was clean and very up to date. Check-in and communication was smooth and loved the text messages with updates. Will stay again for sure.
