Pack your bags and come on down to the Gulf to experience this attractive two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Relax in the new leather living area to chat, grab a quick nap, or enjoy the 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and/or stereo after a full day. The amazing kitchen is full of stainless steel appliances, including a flat top range, granite countertops, and two new bar stools at the breakfast bar, plus a new four chair dining room set. Make every effort to enjoy the fresh air by hanging out on the balcony, which has all new custom lifeguard chairs and lounger, for snacking, drinking, chatting, or watching the dolphins surface during one of the dolphin excursions. In your master bedroom suite is a New Jamison Supreme Resort King Marriott bed, a 42" flat screen television, balcony access, and a large bathroom with a sink, extended vanity counter, and a combined tub and shower. The guest bedroom features two new full beds, a flat screen television and DVD player along with a bathroom similar to the one in the master suite.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
