Did not realize the front bedroom was windows vs sliding glass doors to the outside Hall bathroom exhaust did not work. The master bath sink knobs looked nasty-out of date. Shower knobs did not even match. Chairs in den uncoy

Great location with awesome view. Very clean. Easy check in/out. You couldn’t see a good clear view of sunrise or sunset from the balcony but it was a perfect location and a perfect vacation. We would definitely go back.

Long weekend at the beach

This was our 4th time in Orange beach, first time at the Phoenix 2 building. It was clear that it’s one of their older building and the condo has seen some better days, but good for a long weekend. Definitely wouldn’t choose it for a whole week stay. One of the elevators had a terrible sewage smell that was almost unbearable. Amenities were good, it was nice to be able to use amenities in Phoenix 1-4 buildings. Location was great. Right on the beach and centrally located in Orange beach, close to everything. We flew to the new Gulf Shores airport and it was only 15 min away

Great stay

We enjoyed staying at the Phoenix. We had a great time. We loved the quick access to the beach and the pools. We also felt very safe.

Pretty nice place. Just a couple of things, no can opener, tv’s not all same channels and main tv some channels were not clear for all channels. It was a nice location on the beach and pretty central for all other activities. All in all a good stay.

Mother/Daughter get-away

The unit was suitable. The artificial plant(s) in the living area (which are not shown in the photo) need to go. I had an issue with the bed linens in the master bedroom but this was quickly resolved. The staff on site were very nice and attentive.

Beach Birthday

This condo is a perfect size for our family of 3. Everything was in order except for the closets. They were so crammed full of stuff that we couldn’t hang our clothes up! I called the property manager and she sent someone from housekeeping and he put a big mattress under our bed to give us room in the closet. The only other problem was there was no one at the desk in unit #2 so we had to walk over twice to the #1 unit to purchase a parking pass. We did enjoy our stay and will probably come again. Thanks!

Great location. You can walk for miles on the beautiful beach!

We had a great view of sunrise & sunsets every day, which were amazing. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Pool & beach was never crowded. This could be due to the time of the year we stayed. We were on the 12 floor & getting an elevator was never a problem. Would recommend.

Great location

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The only negative experience was the sofa bed and the cheap shower curtains. The supports for the sofa bed were broken. The 2 beds were comfortable and everything in the condo was in great working condition. We loved that the walk to the beach was very short. We will stay here again. We come to OB 2x yearly.

Everything needed for a special family vacation

Several adult siblings met up in Orange beach AL for a week long vacation. This condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful too The condo was clean. The a/c was cold. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all worked great. We will be back

Beach Getaway with Friends

The property was great the reason I gave it 3 stars is because a water main broke during our stay. We were only there Friday and Saturday night and had no water for over 12 hours. 4:30am until 7:00pm on Saturday. We had this vacation booked and were excited to visit with some friends we hardly see. The property manager was great but when we asked for some compensation we were denied. We spent those 12 hours walking back and forth from other buildings when we needed water. We had to take showers in the public shower located in the lobby of a nearby building. We just felt like a credit of some sort was appropriate even for a future stay. But nothing was offered. We made the best of it but we weren’t expecting to feel like we were on a camping trip staying in a condo on the beach.

Great unit for family of 5!!! Beautiful view!!!

Unit was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view!!! Internet was not working upon arrival but after a phone call, it was reset and fixed. Room was clean except for Dishes, pots/pans, utensils dirty upon arrival. We had to wash just about everything. Hopefully, we left better than found. Hot water in master shower poor, also master shower had poor drainage (needs to be unclogged). We primarily used the second shower/bath due to hot water and drainage issues. Overall we enjoyed this unit!!! Had a great week!!! Thank you!!!

Water Issues

Probably the only reason I would give a 3 or 4 star rating is due to the issues we had with the water shutting off. There are water sensors and apparently ours was tripping because of the humidity. The Maintenance guy showed me what to do when/if it happened again, so I was able to 'fix' it when it did happen again. Other than that, this was a beautiful condo and met my expectations.

Needs some maintenance

Exhaust fan in bedroom didn’t work right, tv in spare bedroom missing remote, microwave was small and old and sounded like it was ready to die, furniture was old and uncomfortable. Beds where comfy, view from balcony was lovely but couldn’t see sunset, toilets had loose seats that wouldn’t stay up, showers where nice, overall it was nice. Only one elevator was operating and was tied up part of the time with contractors working in the building. Customer service was lousy and rude.
