Very lovely and updated condo. Perfect Gulf front location. Unit was very clean, Publix is across the street and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Great stay

We enjoyed staying at the Phoenix. We had a great time. We loved the quick access to the beach and the pools. We also felt very safe.

The building and location were excellent.The skillets in the kitchen need to be replaced and plastic cooking utensils need to be supplied to protect the new skillets.

Great location with awesome view. Very clean. Easy check in/out. You couldn’t see a good clear view of sunrise or sunset from the balcony but it was a perfect location and a perfect vacation. We would definitely go back.

It is a lovely unit in a great location. The bed is comfortable and the view is spectacular. We love the large table. Our biggest complaint is the shower in the Master. It was difficult to adjust the temperature and to keep the spigot selector for the shower in place. We mentioned this last year but nothing had been corrected. The mirrors on the wall all across the unit are distracting, and it would be nice to have a more comfortable recliner.

Great Beach Condo

Property was in great condition, minimal wear and much cleaner than I expected for beachfront. The balcony is spacious with nice table, chairs & chaise lounge. Clear communication on check-in. Would definitely stay at another Beachball managed location in the future.

Great location. You can walk for miles on the beautiful beach!

We had a great view of sunrise & sunsets every day, which were amazing. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Pool & beach was never crowded. This could be due to the time of the year we stayed. We were on the 12 floor & getting an elevator was never a problem. Would recommend.

Overall had a wonderful vacation. Orange beach is awesome. Was a little disappointed in our condo as we killed three roaches while there and one elevator was broken which slowed down our coming and going.

Pretty nice place. Just a couple of things, no can opener, tv’s not all same channels and main tv some channels were not clear for all channels. It was a nice location on the beach and pretty central for all other activities. All in all a good stay.

Everything needed for a special family vacation

Several adult siblings met up in Orange beach AL for a week long vacation. This condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful too The condo was clean. The a/c was cold. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all worked great. We will be back

Great location

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The only negative experience was the sofa bed and the cheap shower curtains. The supports for the sofa bed were broken. The 2 beds were comfortable and everything in the condo was in great working condition. We loved that the walk to the beach was very short. We will stay here again. We come to OB 2x yearly.

Long weekend at the beach

This was our 4th time in Orange beach, first time at the Phoenix 2 building. It was clear that it’s one of their older building and the condo has seen some better days, but good for a long weekend. Definitely wouldn’t choose it for a whole week stay. One of the elevators had a terrible sewage smell that was almost unbearable. Amenities were good, it was nice to be able to use amenities in Phoenix 1-4 buildings. Location was great. Right on the beach and centrally located in Orange beach, close to everything. We flew to the new Gulf Shores airport and it was only 15 min away

Mother/Daughter get-away

The unit was suitable. The artificial plant(s) in the living area (which are not shown in the photo) need to go. I had an issue with the bed linens in the master bedroom but this was quickly resolved. The staff on site were very nice and attentive.

Beach trip

We had a great stay in Orange beach. Our only minor issues was that there was no curtains for the living room which is needed bc of the sofa bed, but the sofa bed wasn’t comfy at all. My guest slept on the sofa itself which was more comfy than the pull out bed. We would have done better bringing an air mattress. We contacted the managers about batteries for the remotes and a missing remote for bedroom. They were prompt to come and bring the batteries. Overall we had a great stay.
