The full-size kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary utensils, makes preparing meals easy. Gather around the dining table that seats six or unwind on the oversized couch in the living area, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. The large private balcony, accessible from the living area, invites you to take in stunning Gulf views from the 10th floor.

The spacious primary bedroom features a cozy king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The first guest room also includes a king bed, while the second guest room offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful stay for everyone.

The Palms is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience in a stunning beachfront setting. Guests are invited to dive into the outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the refreshing water. For a more relaxed swimming experience, the indoor heated pool offers comfort and warmth, ideal for all weather conditions. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site courts, providing a fun way to stay active during your stay. After a game or a day out, the sauna is a perfect retreat for unwinding and rejuvenating. The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
