If you want to feel unwelcomed, stay here. Spend more and go somewhere that actually wants you there. This is the most poorly managed and operated hotel I've been to my entire life. Wyndham should revoke the license to use their name IMMEDIATELY. This is not owned and operated by Wyndham and it tarnishes their good name. What a shame.

We picked this location due to a youth and College World Series due to the price. The price was the only good thing about it. The hotel seriously needs an overhaul. The carpets are smelly and filthy and inside our room the shade and microwave did not work. They do not clean daily and they don’t appear to be enough service staff. Lacks the expected amenities (shower cap, etc. that you would expect to find in a bathroom. The only size towel they have is bath towel and you cannot receive the others. You will get 2 a day by asking even if you have more in your room. Front Desk was not staffed properly during the biggest local event of the year and I frequently saw lines of 10+ people waiting to check in. I went to find a plastic fork in the breakfast bar area and the cabinets under the service station are dirty. They have a bar area, but they do not use it. Very limited free breakfast. The walls of the property outside the pool area are damaged and chipping. Overall I am surprised this property carries the Wyndham name. The only good thing was chatting with the other guests about the games. Would recommend finding another local place unless a renovation occurs.

Expected more in our room as the front lobby looked good! Left Ipad in room and staff was great making sure we got it back. Front desk was manned by only one clerk with a substantial line of people waiting to check in. He did great and was able to maintain a professional presence under challenging circumstances.

The property in general is nice enough and conveniently located. They’re just not quite ready. Problem’s included: Bathroom door wouldn’t latch or lock Bathroom too dark for shaving Ants found in the bathroom on day 4 Bath towel rack missing Toilet paper holder fell apart Shower/tub drain clogged. 2 inches of water standing at end of 4 minute shower. Staff attitude generally indifferent. The staff wasn’t completely indifferent. Someone inquired whether everything was okay. They appear to be trying to improve, but they have a way to go

The woman at the front desk was not very friendly, pretty impatient demeanor From the outside it doesn’t seem very appealing, inside appearance is way better. the smell walking into the hallway from the lobby smells like mildew so that was kind of off putting Wifi didn’t work and for some reason our carpet always felt damp. Location isn’t too bad. I’m back and forth with this review because it wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t very good.

It was rundown, but clean. Our bed was a king but pretty sure there was a queen fitted sheet on it so it wouldn't stay on, which is annoying when sleeping. We had no ice bucket and it was never delivered to us. We had no remote but I did get one at the front desk. Front desk gentleman was difficult to understand and not terribly friendly, but okay. So, yeah, it was an okay stay.

It was a pleasant stay after a long day. Comfortable beds, clean room, and not nearly as bad as many reviews showed. The continental breakfast was decent.

This place is NASTY! I don't even know where to start. Our toilet was broke, my husband fixed it. The carpet was HORRIBLY stained as in dried up pizza sauce everywhere, dark VERY visible stains ALL over the carpet, crumbs, bottle caps, cups under the bed. I told my kids to not walk in our room without shoes. Sticky stuff was all over the wall. White liquid stuff on the wall. Ceiling was falling apart. You only get 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Doesn't matter how many are in the room. When you ask for towels the staff give you MAJOR attitude. We didn't have a garbage in our room. Staff told me "we don't have any". So they gave me ONE garbage bag. The eating area NASTY. Tables had crumbs, seats had crumbs. Seats and tables were all STICKY. The pool area, the only decent area MINUS towels, and the CHUNKS of hair in the pool. This hotel you could tell ONCE UPON A TIME was a very sophisticated place but with the people running it now, have ran this place in the ground. I am SHOCKED Wyndham has not did a pop up visit. It's actually really sad to see that Wyndham has not done anything about this!

The desk clerks were very nice, but the building has been poorly maintained with the front door being broken, multiple locations of damaged flooring, chipped paint throughout, staining on mismatched ceiling panels. It was probably a beautiful building 20 years ago that has received minimal maintenance since. Pictures show a hotel bar, but the front desk clerks said they didn’t have any bartender on staff. The complimentary breakfast was left lacking.
