"Love bringing the family here. Great for a girls trip or couples weekend. Feels upscale. Wonderful room. Well decorated and upscale amenities. Very nice bed and pillows. Beautiful property. Pool staff is prompt and helpful - keeps drinks refilled. You really don't need to leave the property for anything. We have lunch at the pool and grab breakfast at the little Cafe. Lots of dinner locations nearby. Feels very safe and family friendly. Music at the main pool is family friendly. Kids love the water slides and lazy river. Well watched by lifeguards. Only issue we had was they forgot to apply our late checkout we had paid for and been charged for, front desk was calling me while I was still at the pool, got locked out of our rooms, took 20 minutes to get back into our rooms to pack up, and then cleaning staff was at the door waiting for us to leave. Kind of a frustrating ending to a great visit."
