Patched carpet, toilet wouldn’t flush urine, ice machines on both floors broken, main pool kinda cloudy and surrounding small pools old and chipped. Front desk lady was very sassy when assisting at check in and when we went to the front to ask for towels, you use your room towels and check them back in. Asked nicely for a few towels and no!! What amazing customer service. We were checked in for 1 whole hour before we booked accommodations in Palm Springs and left.

This was our second stay. We stayed in the suite that has huge bedroom with two king size beds, and living room with kitchenette. Rooms are a little dusty and outdated, but very spacious. Pool area is gorgeous, well maintained and clean. It was the main reason we have returned. Pools never felt too crowded. They have some weird rules about towels (you need to bring towels to the front desk to exchange, and you suppose to use same towels for the pool and in the room). There's a restaurant on site.

Notice leaking underneath the sink when checked in. Reported it to front desk and sent repairman to fix it (took about 30mins for the whole thing) but only a few hours later, it was leaking again. Mentioned it when checked out but the front desk say nothing (no apologies or accountability)… towel has blood stained…

Comfortable but didn't feel safe and run down

The rooms were spacious and comfortable but it was definitely beat up with obvious patches in the walls from holes, even on the bathroom door and an old looking matress. The door looked like someone punched through it. Also the hotel door did not lock properly leaving us up all night watching the door.

During my stay, I encountered several issues with the facilities. When I attempted to take a shower this morning, only hot water came out. Additionally, my friend, who traveled with me and was staying in the suite, she said only cold water came out. Furthermore, the dry sauna had an unpleasant odor and was not up to standard. The hot tub did not provide the expected experience of hot springs or mineral water; instead, it had a strong smell of chlorine, which was quite off-putting.
