Bad service also bug inside room.

Very frienfly staff, and even let us know we also had pool access at the spa hotel next door.

Room could be cleaned better

Very few jets working in hot tubs, pools need cleaned, algae grossness in fountains, literally 30 people in the room next to us, & we were given the key to someone else's room. Ghetto. Very sad.

In need to remodel ...little old place .

Very old hotel u dont get what you pay for. We walked in the AC was not working we waited 3 hours for them to fix the AC. No USB outlets on the lamps like other hotels. Everything was old the balcony chairs were ripped and old something I wouldn’t even want a homeless person using. My bf sat down and the chairs leg broke and he fell on his back.

This is the fourth time coming to this facility and what a disappointment again. The room was dirty as usual . The pools were dirty some were cold. They need to fix their pools . They look nasty on the bottom. The landscaping is pretty , that’s about it. I am done and will never go back. It’s disgusting!!!!

I liked that the spas were 24hrs

Love the hot mineral waters. Very relaxing. Also like 24 hr access to pools. Room was nice & clean. Staff was friendly. Shower needs updated- low water pressure & shower head needs replaced. Parking was very difficult to obtain & hotel side entrance was not lighted. Had to back out of side parking lot, no where to turn around. Minimal parking spaces. Bar & restaurant closed early (7pm) so not convenient for guests. No room delivery either. Had to make 2 trips to the restaurant to pick up order because they didn't prepare full order & then they over charged my order as al a carte. Management did refund @ check out. Overall enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences.

Was not what we expected, at all. The pools were nice, but not nice to overlook the dog poo on the carpet, the drunk people everywhere and overall feeling of not good.

Nice location, friendly staff, convenient restaurant on site, several swimming/soaking pools, nice landscaping. Did not like the policy of opening the pools for public day use, but if that is temporary to help hotel financially survive Covid-19 okay!

MY RESERVATION WAS A CHAOS THE FRONT OFFICE MANAGER KRYSTAL IS ABSOLUTLY inappropriate, DID NOT CARE AT ALL FOR US I BOOKED TWO ROOMS WITH KING BED AND BOTH ROOMS HAD NO KING BED ONE HAD QUEEN AND OTHER HAD TWO QUEEN AND SHE DID NOT CARE AND SAID WE DONT HAVE ANY KING AND DID NOTHING SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, THERE WAS THINGS THAT NEEDED REPAIRS LIKE SLIDING DOOR LOCK, NOT SECURE AT ALL, THE TOILETS CLOGGED HAD TO CALL MAINTENANCE, NO LINEN SERVICE, AND THE SPA IS A JOKE, NO MINERAL WATER AT ALL, VERY BAD FOR ORBITZ I SPOKE TO HER BOSS DALE NUNN AND SAID THIS IS A PERSON THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM YOU STAFF SHE IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, AND NOT ACCOMODATING AND I TOLD HER I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT ON HER, AND DISPUTE THE ENTIRE CHARGE PK KHATRI

This resort is very outdated. Our room was clean but nonetheless everything was old. The ceiling is still a popcorn ceiling!! It’s doable to stay here for 1-2 nights but I wouldn’t call it very enjoyable or relaxing. The crowd here is also a bit sketchy, lots of families and kids around but also very questionable guests as well. We stayed here bc everything else was booked and it was a last minute booking, but we wouldn’t necessarily come back. Their hot springs pools are cool though but they sell day passes so the pools are packed with guests and not relaxing at all. Complete chaos w kids playing. And bc of the day passes the parking is full. Staff was ok, not over the top nice but provided the minimum customer service needed.

The views from the pool nice

Room was really old and dingy. Shower nad stains. Pools were extremely croweded and dirty. First time in Palm Springs, bad choice in hotel. Almost cancelled when we walked in.

I've been here several times now and am never disappointed. It's a wonderful family vacation spot. My kids stay in the pool all day and half the night! It's not fancy, and could use some updating, but the hotel is clean, the pools and hot tubs really lovely and there are beautiful views of the mountains.

We shared a fire door with a group that had a dog that barked all night, which caused the dogs in the neighborhood to bark back. It was awful and took too long for the front desk to intervene. They were good in giving us a different room the next night.
