Enjoyed all the pools the hotel offers. Nice peaceful stay. Only problem was that the room I stayed in didn't have hot water but I managed to still shower with the room temperature water.

Food, comfort, grounds, pools, and spa treatment were really nice. Outdated, old and damaged in some areas. Staff is either unfriendly or incompetent. Very over priced in my opinion. Location is ok, close to Palm Springs but not to any local restaurants.

The staff is great. The hotel is well maintained but does show wear. It's great deal but if you are looking for an adult or quiet getaway don't come here. There are hoards of unmonitored children running amok. They sell day passes which adds to the swell of guests to the 8 mineral springs- sizes very greatly and no pool is off limits to children splashing you.

We would come back just for the pools as long as the price was right.

Comfortable, friendly, good value. Breakfast was easy.

Friendly staff, great bartender , nice drinks The pools were well maintained very clean The facility is not brand new... but neither am I. And that ok.

The interiors were a little tired and corridors needed a thorough vacuuming, but rooms were spacious and the view from the soaking pools incredible.

This motel was built in 1992 and has not had enough remodel effort put into it to keep it in good shape. There was black mold in a couple of the spa tubs. There were some questionable deposits on the blanket in my room. Overall the place needs a remodel and a real good cleaning. It is apparent to me that the owners have been using the property as a cash cow taking out most of the profits and not doing needed repairs to keep it in first class condition.

I rented a room with a mountain view so it was one of the better ones. Nonetheless, the furniture is old, and the coffee table has large chips in different areas roughly 3 inches by 1 inch. I would guess the dressers and table were near 30 yrs old. The carpet was in good condition so I would presume it was less than 10 yrs old. The bathroom tub wall tile lines had missing grout in many areas and was in dire need of an reno. The pools outside had old tile but were well maintained. The eight naturally heated pools along with the million dollar mountain views made the stay worth it. Also, the hotel Capri restaurant was very nice and well maintained.

Was staying for 3 nights. 1. Hotel room - clean, spacious - we had 1 huge room divided into 2 spaces - very comfortable. Refrigerator, coffee, microwave - everything you need, and patio/balcony. Two TVs - no HBO or Showtime, first we were disappointed but you can watch old movies all day long, no stop - we so enjoyed them! 2. Pools -beautiful, quite - at least in January, there are 7 pools with mineral water, so it is not crowdy in one pool. Pools are perfect.-different temperature, size - you can swim in a large one or just relax in smaller. Landscape is beautiful. 3. Spa - nice, my husband had massage - it was good. I had some wrap - just OK. 4. Restaurant - above my expectations. Good selection. We had dinner twice and were very pleased, tasty food, selection of wines, good service and very casual. It was heavy rain, so restaurant inside the hotel was very helpful. You actually do not need to go anywhere, you can stay in hotel all day long - enjoy pools, movies, spa, restaurant. Looks like they have yoga but I did not go. And all these for such a reasonable price! Definitely will come again.

I love this hotel we go every other month because of mineral water spas very clean and different temperature they have seven spas and big swimming pool. Very clean surroundings and all the visitors are out of the town friendly. In the month of January and February is full of snowbirds from cold cities they come every year the same time. We enjoy this hotel I will never change to another one

We were spending 2 weeks in the Palm Springs area. We chose Miracle Springs because we wanted to have access to the pools 24 hours. And the pools are amazing. My husband and son went into the jacuzzis and pool at least once every day. I personally don't like swimming in warm water so there were a few times the temperature was just too warm so I sat and relaxed in the one of many lounge chairs. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. If we ecver get the chance to go back, we will definitely stay there again.

Have a little bit breakfast at the morning , The internet did not work

Hubby and I arrived late after work and driving time at 9:00pm 5 hours after check-in. You would think it would be clean and cool. Still 103 degrees out and was expecting to come into a nice cool room to relax and unwind. Checked in the room went in and the room was blazing hot. Turned on the air conditioner and did not work so we packed up and went to the front desk to ask for another room. The attendant said they forgot to turn on the air conditioner. She turned it on from her computer. Room did not cool down until after 12:30am and it is set for a certain temp so it never really got cold just barely comfortable. Same with the water to take a shower. Water took very long time to even be able take a shower. Also the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed. Got a super noisy room next to the elevator. We asked for another room it was the only pool view room left . Walls are very thin could hear the neighbors. If you want a quiet peaceful place do not go here lots of children in pool really late at night. Parents not watching them. Love children we have four so we are not being too harsh with the complaint about children.

I've been coming here for over 15 years.it's perfect for relaxation & peace

I enjoyed my time with family nice hotel !!! Highly recommended

Friendly staff, beautiful and well maintained grounds. massage was nice and reasonably priced. Nice restaurant in hotel. Great price on rooms. Enjoyed very much

We came to see the desert and could only stay one night. We found the hotel very pleasant with staff that made us welcome. We would go again and try all the mineral spring hot tubs. We wished we had stayed 2 nights. The food at the restaurant was average.

The hotel was okay, nothing fancy. The biggest issue was the surrounding neighborhood and you need to drive into Palm Springs for any good food.
