I have stayed here before and had a great time. This time, when I got to my room, the air conditioner was off and the room was very hot. I turned on the A.C. and went to the pool. When I returned, I found that the A.C. does not work. I tried to take a shower, only to find that the water was scalding hot, and absolutely unusable. Hot water even came out of the cold tap in the sink! This is the desert, with out side temps in the 90's. I informed management, who were aware of the plumbing problem and supposedly working on it. They said they would send someone to fix the A.C. They got the A.C. working a few hours later, still only scalding hot shower. I again notified them the next day, and again they said they would adjust it. Later, I talked to a maintenance worker and he also said they would adjust it. The A.C. failed again, and on the third day I asked for a new room. They said that they didn't have one, even though there were many listed on Orbitz. Then they were able to fix both problems. The A.C. continued to work for the rest of my stay. Again, the shower became scalding hot, and unusable. They were slow and lackadaisical in their response, ignored my health and safety, and I would never stay again.

I like coming here every couple of months to relax in the spas. I did not know this weekend was going to have a church group and a wedding. The church group was singing very loudly in the pools late at night which was distracting for relaxation. The property itself is rundown and it could really use a facelift. The hot tubs have tile missing, but they get really hot. What I didn't like was my bathroom floor was not clean they were black hairs all over the floor, I am a blonde. I got a poolside room, which I will definitely get again. But I had to clean the lawn furniture on my little balcony before I could sit on it. But for the price, the location, I can't complain too much. Except for the cleanliness that needs to be better. The restaurant and bar as always was great as were all the employees I came across.

We stay here frequently and always enjoy our time. It is more of a classic, old school vibe. The mineral water is the star of the show. The restaurant on site is great and the wait staff are all friendly. We enjoy our visits to the maximum.

Miracle is a very wonderful experience at affordable compared to similar properties in the area you get in my opinion more value for the cost than the others. I highly recommend Miracle and believe you will not be disappointed. My highlights are the beautiful landscaping around the pool area. The spa is competively priced and quite quiet and relaxing. I do highly recommend masseuse Julie. The Capri restaurant is also highly recommended with a great wine list. On the down side the property is showing signs of wear and tear.

The property was dirty, run down and needs a complete overhaul. The carpets in the public areas are thread bare and disgusting. The elevator was old and rickety. The reception deck staff were unwelcoming and disinterested and made it seem as if they didn't want to be there. The restaurant was ok but overpriced but the staff were professional and friendly. Although, it was a non smoking property we were gassed out with smell of smoke on many occasions, complaining to the front desk didn’t seem to matter All in all it was not a pleasant stay , if it wasn’t for the fact that we were only staying 2 nights we would have left early.
