Hotels.com absolutely sucks and expensive "supervisors " i guess can not do their job!!! I do NOT even stay at the property!! I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM AGAIN!!! i know alot of ppl that use you and they WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM. AGAIN. we wont you shut down but i gaurenntee that property and hotels.com will feel this lost promise yall both that!!! In addition been made to change MY PERSONAL review to possible keep EVERY SINGLE ONE YOU FROM KNOW THE TRUTH. NOW HOTELS.COM YOUR TURN HOW ARE WE HANDLING THIS THIS TIME? Low Quality with Shady Front Desk Lady

While there is less homeless population outside than the red roof in across the highway, the pest situation at the motel 6 is much worse. There are cockroaches everywhere in the room. They were crawling up and down the walls in broad daylight. Also there is only one elevator working. I told the lady I did not want a 3rd floor room due to my ankle injury and she replied that they have an elevator, after I paid for the room for the week she informed me the room she placed me in was next to the broken elevator and I would have to use the elevator completely across the property, I felt completely scammed, very shady and unethical. Half the lights in my room did not work either so I could not see well. The air conditioner worked but it still felt warm and muggy in the room.

Not recommended for family

Rooms were horrible, not cleaned. I booked nonsmoking room through Hotel.com but at reception they said they can see smoking room booking in their list. When I saw them my non smoking room booking confirmation after that they charged extra amount rather than what I booked through Hotel.com. I am not recommending this motel for anyone.

Motel 6 On Meridian Are Heartless and discriminati

As so many hotel have in a nut shell, The discriminated against me and insulted me. I do not care what the fee was. After the way I was treated, I want my money back as well as several credits. There was no reason for them to be so hateful, heartless and discriminating.

Need better housekeepers

First room no refrigerator or microwave like I booked, room wasn’t clean. Second room dirty towel left behind bathroom door, dead roaches on the ground. Live ones going up the walls and in shower. Hair all over bathroom floor housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms.
