The first room looked nice, but we found bed bugs on a pillow. When we went down to notify the staff they just said oh ok. I asked for another room and the woman was a little taken aback. But she looked and said ok sure. She said that there has been a price change and were going to have to charge me

The room we were assigned to did not have a roll in shower and it was supposed to be handicap. The only solution was to use the roll in shower across the hall and stay in the room we were assigned.because the ceiling needed repair and they couldn’t rent theat room, but we could use shower. My husband has Parkinson’s and has to use a walker, that would totally not work. There was a step in bathtub in our room. So we went back down and we told the desk clerk we couldn’t stay the way because of bathroom situation. He said he would talk to manager and get back with me on refund. That was the 3rd of Feb. and have not recieved a call or message. We ended up staying at the LaQuinta Inn and everything was great there. My number is 918-230-5335 if you need to contact me. I would like my refund for the two nights.
