No hot water

There was no hot water. Which meant no showers which being in 80-90 degree weather was no fun. The “coffee “ shop in the lobby definitely not worth the cost Staff very friendly and helpful!

Everything is falling apart. Rooms and outer common areas are dirty. I saw the biggest cobweb in the lobby. My first room smelt like pet dander so bad I had to change rooms. Wallpaper coming off of the walls, leaks too. Not the Marriott experience I’m used to

My family and I stayed here to attend the Tracy Lawrence concert at RiverWind casino and it was a nice stay! The staff was very friendly and kind, and the outdoor patio area with the firepit was the perfect place to hang out after the concert!

Nice location, good price and comfortable rrom

We had the unfortunate experience with another room on our floor having a small electrical fire. We all had to evacuate at 10:15pm, but it was very orderly and well managed. After a reasonably short time, we were allowed back to our rooms. The room was nice, clean and prepared/personalized for our arrival! I would consider staying here again, as the proximity to OU and other points of interest was great. Bummer on the issue, but they handled it and us well.
