Asked the front desk for fresh towels when I left the property at 6:45 am, when I returned the towels were not in my room, went to the front desk, 3 girls working at this time asked for towels and was told they would bring them to the room, I waited 20 mins no towels, went back to the front desk same 3 girls laughing and talking when I asked for the towels the had forgotten, very un professional, they were loud sitting on the counter and seemed upset that they had to help customers

This was an excellent stay! Clean, great parking, amazing staff, and breakfast variety was absolutely fantastic! Only downside was the traffic and siren noises each night! Our room was on the street side, and we are downtown, so no fault of the hotel.Just wasn’t able to get much sleep. ☺️

The first thing I noticed was the friendly greeting. The next thing I noticed was how clean it was.I really enjoyed the fresh smell of the hand and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The bearkfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Check out was fast and courteous. We would use them the next time we stay in this area.

When I arrived at 10:00 pm there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. I called the hotel trying to get someone’s attention. Finally, two employees came out of a managers office together, like maybe they had taken their break together. Didn’t apologize or ask if we had waited long. The hotel was fine, service meh.

Very clean! Easy parking was so convenient. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel (waffle station, strawberry pancake station, chicken and buscuit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yougurt, fruit, sliced almonds...) It was just ok- I liked the workout room, and the bed was comfy. A couple of the soap dispensers in the room didn't work- they were leaking if opened, so the lids were on and the soap wouldn't come out well. Rm 201- Also I had someone int he room above being really loud stomping around til 11:30 at night- I called the front and it stopped- but started up again at 5am. Maybe someone had a big dog or something? Not sure, but it made for not restful night's sleep.
