Perfect Stay!

We LOVED the property, it had everything we needed. We had a WONDERFUL time in Oceanside. We can't wait to go back and we hope to stay there again. One minor problem, the ceiling fans and lights in the rooms were all connected which was a little bit annoying. You'd turn one fan on and the lights in another room would go off or vice versa. We could not find any instructions for them. It was not enough to ruin our stay though.

Beach Getaway

Five of us stayed at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed and conveniently located just steps from the beach. It provided the perfect setting for a combined birthday and Mother’s Day getaway. The property was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, and we encountered no issues during our stay.

We had a great time

5 of us in our 60's. We appreciated the walk in shower in this nicely updated condo. The location was perfect and the view was wonderful. The public bathroom across the street was not a problem. Only downfall was the sofa bed was uncomfortable. If we stay here again we will bring an air mattress.

location pros/cons

This is our second time in this unit and we LOVE it! We were aware of it's location the first time we stayed. For us it's totally worth having public restrooms in view because the sand is literally steps away from the back patio. Getting on the sand is a priority for us, walking to the pier, to the harbor and we enjoy watching cool/classic cars drive by. We will be back sooner than later. Thank you.

Great location could be cleaner

Location is excellent and the check in is very organized. Garage is literally yards away so easy to carry bags etc. Bedding is just okay. Some stains on furniture. You can open windows in main bedroom and listen to the ocean at night, but the condo is next to stop sign and public restrooms so you can hear some extra noise; we didn’t mind it but if you’re light sleeper it may be an issue.

Amazing View

We walked on the beach daily. My family fought over who gets to sit in the lazy boy recliner. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to enjoy home cooked meals. We will defnitely stay here again!

Sisters gathering

Beautiful property,well maintained,good security. Underground assigned parking. Across from beach. A few suggestions for condo. Didnt expect that many stairs to get to ground level condo! Noone suggested parking by gate to unload as it was easiest. Very difficult to find pools and stairs to get there! No luggage racks to put suitcases on. No hooks for clothes or robes or pjs. Couldnt get tv to work with no instructions in room. No oceanside map of what to see or places to eat in the area in the condo. No shops within walking distance. View was obstructed by beach restroom from condo to the north. Great view otherwise. Control for fans was strange turned some on and others off as well as lites. We did enjoy our time though! Misty at hoa was great. First gal to check in was not helpful

Right across from the sand!

The unit: As presented in the pics, no surprises, which we appreciate. A lovely interior. The street-level porch is great for endless hours or people and car club watching. Grounds: we didn't use the pools or hot tubs. The hot tub of the primary grounds set [on the other side of the road] was packed was overrun with a zillion kids. The pool and communal barbecue were also very crowded. The putting green had wet towels and other 'stuff' thrown about on it. If these amenities are a consideration for you, not A+ usability. They weren't for us, we were here for the proximity to the beach and the unit itself. So enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Interior

Mimi, the owner and person I spoke to was lovely and awesome! The interior of this condo is updated and truly beautiful. The master bed does have a dip in the middle but was still pretty comfortable. This downstairs condo sits directly across the street from a bathroom / shower area on the main beach frontage road. You can throw a rock at it. Early morning, their is a lot of foot traffic and lots of vehicle noise as folks stop at the bathroom and the garbage truck stops by daily to collect yesterdays trash. Also we had a harmless homeless man sleeping near the bathroom for the weekend. Despite that, still a beautiful beach view, super easy access right outside your patio gate to the beach. If you are looking for family beach fun, this is great. Check out is right at 10. Makes it difficult to have a relaxing last morning. The cleaners are on your door stop in the dot. I have stayed at many Vrbo beach condos. Personally, I would not pay $1200 again for this particular condo. If it was a 2nd story away from the bathrooms, I would. I highly recommend moving check out to 11am like many VRBOs. Thank you for the hospitality and the excellent communication!

Best VRBO ever stayed in .😃

We loved this condo . I have some knee problems. And loved the location , recliner in living room and the deck chairs. The condo had everything we need and more. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. We had amazing sleeps and bed was so comfortable. Thank you very much for the great stay. We will be back soon .

Beautiful condo

The condo was really large and beautiful. Steps from the beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Underground parking was close and really nice to not worry about the car.

Beautiful rental

Beautiful rental in a fantastic location, the only disappointing part is that they are adamantly strict and will not let you check in even 1 minute early. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, feels like we kind of got jipped in the time department, however the place is beautiful and has every amenity you could want.

Awesome Beach Access

Condo was amazing! The inside was very clean and recently updated! Amazing kitchen!! People watching from the back porch was a highlight! I loved that you can walk to the beach from your back porch. We love Oceanside and how clean they keep the beach. One thing to be aware of is the master bedroom window faces the boardwalk, so in the evenings when you are sleeping it can get very loud with garbage trucks, cars and late night people walking. Ear plugs are a must!!!!!

Beach front experience

What a wonderful experience. My family & I enjoyed our stay here. I had my daughters 1st birthday across the street on the beach, so the convenience of staying at this spot just steps away made the party that much easier. Awesome neighbors/great parking/amazing view of the beach. We also were able to catch a sideshow of vintage cars & bikes that were cruising the strip. Very memorable experience. We definitely will be staying here again.
