We recently stayed at the Beachfront Cabin in Downtown with a Hot Tub and overall, our experience was very good. The TV in the living room initially did not have working batteries, and we could not locate spares on the first day. However, we eventually found them near the coffee maker drawer. We encountered an issue with the coffee maker as we couldn't find the K-Pod adapter for single-cup brewing and resorted to using the full pot instead. On a positive note, the property was well-stocked with supplies and snacks, and we appreciated the abundance of clean linens and towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and the hot tub was a highlight once we found the key for the padlock.
We found a welcome binder tucked away, which was helpful, though the cleanliness of the couch was disappointing. We found crumbs, sand, and dirt between the cushions, which suggested that the cleaning crew might be overlooking this area. Despite this, the overall cleanliness of the house was commendable, considering its frequent use.
The backyard is beautiful and well-maintained, providing a great space for our two dogs to play. However, the property is very close to the Comfort Inn, which impacts privacy, especially around the hot tub and bonfire areas. This wasn't an issue for us but could be for those seeking more seclusion.
