"The resort is a mix of hotel style rooms and condos that are rented when the owners aren't using them. Our Condo was nice, a bit dated but obviously someone's personal space. The issues with the resort rested almost entirely on the amenities and staff/lack of service. Check in was ok, but everything after with staff interactions were not good. Both days at breakfast, guests were waiting in line for food, plates, pasticware etc, when you asked about anything, it was a imposition. There was definitely a lack of planning and process. The pool was filled each day with kids, there is 1 hour from 9-10 for adults. A 2 hour window from 8-10 would be nice to relax without cannonballs and loud play. The hot tub is a backyard model, half the jets do not work, controls are broken and barely seats 4. It needs help. While not the worst experience, it definitely ranked at the lower end of stays I have had. I wouldn't recommend or stay again. I would recommend the new Dark Harbour Tiki Bar, it was a unique experience."
