Pros: The location and amenities were perfect! The pool was cleaned daily and was the perfect temperature and location, just steps away from the door. The beach access was so close! The complex was quiet and peaceful. The linens were clean and we were provided plenty of linens for the stay. Cons: the overall cleanliness was not up to par. When we arrived there were soaking wet bath mats in the bathroom that smelled of mold that we immediately hung outside. The rugs were dirty and furniture was worn. During our stay the lock on the front door was broken and was not repaired until the day before we left so we were unable to lock up if we left. The refrigerator thawed and we lost a good bit of our food. All the soap dispensers were empty. Overall, I’m unsure if it’s the proximity to the ocean and it being damp from the sea but the condo was very musty smelling.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The communication was excellent, and we encountered no difficulties. The proximity of the beach was a delightful advantage. We would certainly recommend this property to others.

Everything was as advertised. Great little pool right downstairs with chairs & umbrellas. Beach was just a few steps across the parking lot. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. Location was PERFECT! The condo was very clean and nice inside. When we had some issues upon arrival with the code to get into the condo, we had an immediate response and follow up, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Condo

Needs bigger master bed and easier tv choices,but perfect other those things!!If we come again and we just might we would have to get a top floor bc the stomping from the guest above was almost unbearable when we were home and didn’t stop until very late!!But it was worth coming and would come again!!

Steps from the pool and ocean

This location was perfect. Almost ocean front , but no one between us and the ocean view Condo was clean and decorated nicely with beach theme and positive vibes. Every possible need was supplied, inside and out, even beach chairs and umbrella. Check in and out easy and secure. Thank you!

Wonderful ocean view

The beachhouses sat at the end of the island and our unit was pointed directly towards the ocean. The place was beautiful. The only issue we had was since we were staying off season, there was an upcharge for sheets and towels. Which we declined and brought our own since we drove down. The other thing my wife immediately noticed was 2 dead palmetto bugs on the floor. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to weather issues. Next time we visit, we hope to stay again
