Beautiful, super clean home! LOVED that this property offered 3 private parking spaces on the property. That's pretty hard to find in OC. Sits on a quiet street. I would definitely stay again!

Host was very responsive and helpful. House is spacious. Kitchen was missing utencils (only 5 forks) and only 2 of 4 burners of stove operational. Garage door wouldn’t open and close properly.

Clean and close to the beach. In the quieter part of town, but many good restaurants and activities (mini golf, jet skis, beach) within walking distance. Rooms are slightly bigger than they look online.

Great Stay!

Townhouse was perfect for our family and friends. There was plenty of space and had everything and more than we needed. The location was in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Tom was the best host anyone could ask for. We will definitely rent this townhome again and would recommend it to all!

Beautiful home, Zero complaints!

This beautiful home is in the perfect location - close enough to be walkable, but far enough from the Coastal Hwy to be quiet. We accidentally booked the same weekend as Cruiser Weekend (lots of loud cars everywhere), so we were very grateful for the peace and quiet. I honestly wasn’t expecting the home to be as beautiful in person because I assumed it had been staged for the photos, but it was exactly as pictured. Some key points- *Beds were amazingly comfortable!! *House was very clean. *Host Tom was so easy to communicate with. He even provided a list of recommendations that were spot on. Our group isn’t new to OCMD and he had all of our favorite spots listed! On a comical note, be sure to look BEHIND the bathroom door in the master bedroom upon initial walkthrough. At least four of us were confused by it “not having a shower” as listed. It wasn’t until one of us actually closed the bathroom door to use the restroom that we realized that the door to the shower gets perfectly hidden by the open bathroom door. Hahahaha. We got a good laugh at our own expense for that one. Overall, it was a wonderful and easy stay. Would absolutely book again!

Great location, easy check in/access. Garage a plus for Bike week. Property size wonderful, Could use some TLC, Some furniture and carpeting warn. Could use replacement. Fans & filters and bathroom rugs dirty. Overall location & size the best features.

Perfect location

Perfect location just 5 minutes from the beach and boardwalk. So convenient to just load up the wagon and walk down to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Location couldn't be better. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Our stay was great. The 3-level townhome was exceptionally clean and accommodating. Check-in is very easy. Two items that you need to bring and are not supplied are laundry detergent and paper towels. I would definitely stay here again.

Rosen's Ocean City St. Patrick's Day Parade Weekend!

Thank you for renting your beautiful Town Home to us for the weekend. It was a perfect set up for all of us to have our own bedrooms. Your home was very clean and roomy enough for six of us to stay comfortably and then 2 others joined on Saturday only. All had a great time! Too bad for winter wind and temps in March, but that is Mother Nature for you! We can't change her plans! Also, Tom was very responsive to my requests using VRBO. The Cleaning Staff sent the access code to the front door and garage in a very timely manner on check-in day! I would rent again! Thank you for allowing my family to share this weekend together. Communication with the manager was excellent. The place was very nice but definitely not a good spot for very young kids unless you've got a lot of safety equipment with you. Great for adult parties I'm sure. Great location though. It was a good time none the less.

Perfect OC getaway

I rented this place for a 14 girl bachelorette stay. It was perfect. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. You can easily communicate with the property owner who was super accommodating. Your right on the strip for tourism and a short walk from the beach. I would highly recommend this place

Great Memorial Day vacation !!

The location is in a quite neighborhood but at the same time just a few mins walk to the beach and boardwalk !! Word of caution : The bunk beds in the 4th bedroom are really small and can accommodate only one kid 16+ Per bed.
