House was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Had to check in after hours due to a friend's delayed flight and the process was made as painless as possible. Would definitely book again!

Had a lot of ants in multiple areas of the house. Underneath the beds were dirty and had trash. House was spacious. Pools were nice.

Fabulous unit and location

Very spacious with ample sleeping accommodations. Outdoor seating, grill and shower. Great location and also offers two pools and tennis court.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for a vacation with kids! A 10 min walk to the beach (just have to cross the highway but there are lots of crosswalks), and a short walk to Northside park with a big playground. The community has two large pools that were great. About 30 min drive to the boardwalk. The house had plenty of space and 2 bathrooms which is great for a large group (we had 4 adults and 4 small kids). Overall a great house in a perfect location!

Great location

Amazing location. Minutes from the beach and so many great things around. Perfect amount of room. We had one child and 5 adults. The kitchen appliances were stocked and kitchen itself was clean. Bedrooms were a decent size but the floors throughout the house, left our feet black.

Great place and great location!

This house was fantastic. The location was amazing, we were a short walk to the beach and stores. The community has two nice pools. Beautiful sunsets off the back side of the community over looking the bay. The house had ample space for my family. The mattress in the twin bunk/twin room were really uncomfortable, the queen rooms were comfy. The one complaint I have about the cleanliness(why I only gave it a 4), was that the floors were dirty. I don't think they cleaned the floors before we came in for the week. There was sand on the floors and your feet turned black if you walked around without shoes. The place has an enclosed outdoor shower, that we utilized when we got back from the beach. Everyone was able to strip and shower off in there before going into the house, which helped the sand stay at bay. The kitchen was well equipped, the one thing I would add would be a Blender. We wanted to make Pina Coladas and were unable to do so. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home for our vacation! We will hopefully be back next year.

Great House great location

The house was perfect for our family of 4 (Mom, Dad, toddler and Grandma) though it could have slept more, anything more than 4 adults and 2-3 kids would get super crowded. The house had beautifully updated floors throughout that gave a great beachy feel. The owners have also made improvements to the outside that are not seen in the pictures but were a pleasant surprise. A very nice patio, grill, and table area. We made use of that often as we cooked most of the meals at the house. Def bring all paper products/towels/linens including hand towels or kitchen towels and paper towels and TP as those are not provided at all but the rental agreement does mention it. The mattresses were just ok. The best part of the house I thought was the location. The location is a 7 min walk to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. About 25 min drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk which provided for a relaxing getaway. The community is also a plus with the pools and the park! If we go back to Ocean City we would stay here again for sure!
