Welcome to Beach Paradise 1208 at Captain View Village! Newly renovated, spacious and beautifully furnished 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 levels, luxury townhouse with garage. The community is located in prime downtown location, 1 block across from the bay, 5 minutes walk from the beach and Ocean City's famous BOARDWALK.

The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to the 1st bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle - sleep 3, and an attached full bath.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, half bath, dining area and a living room with high-end furniture including a day bed with trundle to accommodate the whole family.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a full pullout trundle that can sleep 4 each room. The master bedroom has a King bed with 2 twin pullout trundle, sleep 4 and attached full bath. There is another full bath in the hall.

Our unit is equipped with the following amenities: 2 central air conditioning, 2-cars parking garage and 1 assigned parking spot, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig and pour-over coffee pot), blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc., game console system, books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!

Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway; come stay at one of our BEACH PARADISES and let it be your HOME AWAY from home!

*** This property has two cameras that records the front door and outside garage door. It will be on at all times, but there are no cameras inside the house.

Spacious, Clean With Excellent Host

This house was spacious and had plenty of room to sleep a large group. The home was clean and is within walking distance of several great bars, restaurants and other fun locations. The host was also extremely communicative and available to answer any questions that arose. This is a great property and listing!

Short R&R trip

Short R&R trip with my company guys. Even though the fishing trip was canceled due to weather, we enjoyed the house. It was very clean and as advertised. Ann was great and she allowed us to check in an hour early. Don’t forget your towels if you’re not preordering them.

Great Listing

We loved the closeness and ease of this property! Coffee shops and restaurants are a stone throw away and the property was clean and easy to access. The only thing I wish I would’ve seen in the listing is that towels are not provided. We had to go buy towels at Home Goods since we did not see that they needed to be rented separately. Overall, the property was very nice. Ann was great at communicating about arrival times and friendly.

Spacious and relaxing Property

Plenty enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds tv in every room with a well equipped kitchen. This is three level home downstairs one bedroom with ensuite bathroom.2nd level kitchen living room balcony. Third level 3 bedrooms master with ensuite bathroom two other bedrooms with bathroom in hall. We enjoyed our two night stay. Ann was very responsive to our inquiries. Easy check in electronic locks. We had one older senior with mobility issues so the stairs were not our friend to the 2nd and 3rd level. I would stay again if the senior with mobility issues in our party was not. Thank you for sharing your very nice property with us.

This property should be listed for tall people. The balcony seating, dining table & chairs, and even the kitchen cabinet height were all for extra tall people. The doors all screeched eerily until we used WD40 on them. The bathtub wouldn't hold water until we took it apart and got it to close the drain. There is also a step between the dining area and kitchen. We knicknamed it "Killer" after the 3rd fall we took. The worst part was the dishwasher witch was extremely noisy and didn't really clean the dishes. However, this property was decorated nicely.
