Great location for music festivals

Property is in a perfect location for the music festivals. House was not as clean as it could be. No implements available to do any cleaning ourselves. Kitchen was very simply socked.

Perfect location and rental

We had a large group attend Country Calling concert and the rental was perfect. Great location, clean property, excellent communication from our host throughout and follow up, suite was very spacious for a large group. I will rebook here every year for this and other events in OC area. This would be great place for golf trip too.

Overpriced and Underwhelming

The location was great for the music festival we were attending. The linens were clean and the towels were clean as well. That was all that I can say that were positives. The furniture is old, saggy, stained, mismatched and just looks old. The kitchen had no silverware or plates. It has 5 bathrooms that are mildew stained tub grout, broken or missing toilet paper holders. They provide only 2 rolls of toilet paper, and it was the cheapest and smallest rolls I’ve ever seen. They provide small bottle of dishsoap but nothing to clean with it. No sponges, dish towels or paper towels. The bedroom furniture was wobbly and squeaky, a mattress was upside down to hide stains. Some of the bunk beds had stains on the underside of the mattresses. I paid an inflated price because of the festival. I got taken. I would not recommend this location until major changes were made.

Not what I expected not easy to leave a review either. 3 balconies. One can’t get to. I had 2 chair,

Upon booking, I requested a 3rd parking place. Was told I wasn’t charged for one. However, it did work out. We couldn’t lock the door because we were given the wrong code. 2 rolls There was a 2 and 3 seat couch.Very saggy. The table was shoved between the couch and counter. 5 chairs. 4 stools we couldn’t get to. We had 12 people. people.
